We offer a complete set of facilities for successful conferencing in Lapland. Conference equipment includes TV/Video, overhead projector and screens, slide projector, CD/tape-player, sound reproduction, data/video projector, copy service, Internet connection, portable whiteboard and flip charts. Other equipment on request.

We also provide an opportunity for companies to rent the whole hotel area for private use. Situated in the peaceful landscape of Lapland, away from the hectic urban life, Kakslauttanen is an ideal place for your company seminar. There are many different sized meeting rooms and log cabins, meeting all your conferencing needs. Sauna has been long known among Finnish people as the best place for business negotiations. There are three different conference rooms in Hotel Kakslauttanen:

Karhu-hall

A beautiful small conference room with big windows and a bear skin on the wall. Max 24 persons

Ikoni-hall

A middle size conference room with a fireplace in the corner. Max 60 persons.

Savusauna-hall

A big conference room attached to the World’d Largest Smoke Sauna. It is also possible to keep informal sauna meeting in the smoke sauna dressing room. Max 90 persons.
